Your Learning Experience

HYBRID FORMAT

The MS in Health Law and Strategy program is designed for busy mid-to-senior level working professionals who wish to earn an interdisciplinary degree from two top-ranked New York University schools, NYU School of Law and NYU Wagner.

Utilizing a hybrid learning model, your academic experience is a curated mix of live online classes, self-paced independent study, and in-person interactions with faculty and peers.

Live, Online Classes

You will join your peers for live, online classes with faculty each week, connecting from anywhere to attend that week’s lesson. Outside of class, you will complete independent coursework and individual study. While this is self-paced, you are encouraged to leverage the diversity of thought within your cohort, among the faculty, and across the wealth of other NYU academic resources.

In-person Residencies

During each semester, you will attend a three-day, in-person residency* in New York or Washington, DC. These residencies provide an opportunity to collaborate with faculty and peers, hear from industry experts, enhance your skills, and expand your network.

The hybrid learning model allows you to spend an average of 10-15 hours per week focused on your MS in Health Law and Strategy studies in various formats, which you can customize to fit your schedule as a working professional. The flexibility offered to all students will enable you to graduate with your master’s degree and immediately apply your new knowledge and skills to your career and the broader health sector.
